This is a very individual choice. In my opinion why spend money on bottled water when you can get it for free from the tap. Bottled water has be purified and often contains less fluoride and minerals compared to ordinary tap water.

Fluoride is needed to keep our teeth healthy and prevent against decay. Fluoride is also found in toothpaste however we would need to eat it to get the fluoride we need (that's not recommended) so tap water is the next best thing.

    I hope this helps.
