Are there early warning signs of kidney cancer?

Both my mother and grandmother had kidney cancer and lately I have noticed that I am very tired and have a decreased appetite. I am a 52 year old male. Could these be signs of kidney cancer?

Typical symptoms of kidney cancer are flank pain & blood in the urine but excess tiredness & decreased appetite need investigation regardless of family history as the causes are many & varied
