If it helps you to closely match your exercise to your food intake in this way, go for it, however you need to know they are not 100% accurate. There are many variables to take into account when calculating how many kilojoules you will burn doing a specific activity and website estimates are very rough (you can also buy watches that can calculate how many kilojoules you burn which is convenient and instant). They don't take into account the fact that most kilojoules are used just being alive: this is called your Basal Metabolic Rate.
There are also a range of smartphone apps that might help. Sydney University Nutrition have reviewed some and rate the following the best :MyNetDiary for iPad, iGoal Weight Advisor, Calorie Counter Pro by MyNetDiary, Calorie Tracker by ShapeUpClub, Calorie Counter by FatSecret for iPad, Target Weight for Adults, BMI (free version) and Calorie Calculators.

And don't forget that controlling kilojoule intake is probably most important for weight management and the apps above help with this, as does www.calorieking.com.au
