    What are the best medications for managing pain associated with fibromyalgia?

    i take dothep every night it keeps the pain down its a prescription drug

    Fibro can be managed with medication, but also needs other avenues to help with a combination , ie exercise, suppliments and medication, exercise helps with mental health,  magnesium  helps with cramps and the medications help to align the body with sleep , pain and other function organs.  I use Endep wich is a marvelous drug , exercise and occassional magnesium
