    At this stage, coeliac disease is not preventable.  But, if you are genetically predisposed to coeliac disease and have had the gold standard endoscopic biopsy to show that you don't have it, then you are in a fortunate position of awareness so that you can have annual checks to see that you have/have not progressed, thereby minimising any associated issues such as anemia or osteoporosis (among others).
