    It is sounding like you must have recovered totally from your stroke, you are lucky.  if you can continue on with your original life, then do so, but, if you consumed a lot of alcohol, then do not resume that past time.  Likewise eat healthy and exercise, not excessively vigorously, but enough to keep your weight under control, and to remain healthy (you can tell how healthy you are by how well you feel. I am a stroke victim, who has not been able to recover 100% but I try to do everything that I used to do, to try to keep myself mentally and psychologically healthy.
