    Unfortunately, it is not possible to diagnose glaucoma just by looking at the eye. The diagnosis requires assessment of several parameters, including the eye pressure, the drainage part of the eye, the nerve of the eye (including scans) and the field of vision. However, you can sometimes tell if someone has had surgery or laser for glaucoma.
