Infliximab Access and Cost for 482 Visa from Ireland

I am possibly moving to Melbourne in Jan 2023 through a sponsored 482 skills shortage visa. I am 31 years old, from the Republic of Ireland, and have Crohn's and receive an Infliximab bio-similar infusion every 6 weeks. I contacted some health insurance companies to see if I could get a policy that covers me, but it seems I will not be covered for the first 12 months. Is it possible to get subsidised medicine under the PBS? If so do you know how much that scheme would cover and what my expected cost would be?

I require infusion treatment by a nurse in an infusion clinic and get my books taken every time I attend.

I was also on Infliximab before which worked perfectly and was moved to a biosimilar for cost reasons. The new biosimilar works perfectly too. I have been on this medication for 11 years and have a good background in its effectiveness and can ask my consultant to prove this along with a prescription before going over.
