I'm a 34-year-old male and live a relatively healthy lifestyle.
I would like to enquire as to whether there are doctors or health professionals who focus on optimising health. From what I see, most doctors are focused on treating/preventing disease, not optimising for health and well being, which is what I would like to do.
I don't have any known serious health problems, but seeing my extremely healthy uncle die of a stroke and my grandmother struggle with Alzheimer's disease, I am very motivated to be proactive in improving and maintaining my health so I can have as many healthy years of my life to live as possible (increase my healthspan).
My husband has excessive sweating. He now has tinea in his groin, he has been given medication from his Doctor and using chafing powder. What would be the best treatment?
