My period only bleeds while on the toilet

    Related Topic
For the past year when I get my regular period I have noticed that I only bleed while going to the toilet, it’s looks about a tablespoon of blood and will only last 3 days at the most. I only need to wear a pantry liner for just in case, and I can’t wear tampons as it seems to block the normal flow and prolong my period. It’s always dark red blood, sometimes the whole toilet is full of blood others times it looks like a blob on the bottom.

Before my 3 kids, it was like any normal period 3-5 days.

I have also started to suffer extreme migraines exactly the day before I get my period so I always know when I’m due.

Should I be concerned and see someone?
