Chronic bad breath

I have had bad breath for years. I also had mastoiditis as a child. I have a feeling of fullness in one ear and my hearing seems muffled on that side. More recently my balance has been a bit off. I am 68 years old. I am a pensioner with no private health insurance.
Could these symptoms all be related? Can I get my bad breath treated? It is making my life miserable. -
