I am 69 yrs old. it's been 10 yrs post bilateral knee replacement.
The pain and tightness in my quads are getting progressively worse.
I now stoop significantly to relax quads and reduce pain. It's worse after exercise.
My physiotherapist agrees that my quads are tight and despite hydrotherapy and stretches, they will not loosen.
I had spinal stenosis surgery 5 yrs ago, but it made no difference.
Nuclear scans and x-rays show knee surgery is "perfect".
What should I do?
