    Skin tag freckle treatment

    I have pigmentation and raised freckles with skin tag like properties riddled on my face through both cheek areas. I am of coloured skin. I have had pigment chemical peels with minimal result. My beauty clinic suggested I try pigment reduction or rf laser resurfacing for better results. However, they did say they couldn't guarantee results and that there would be a risk of white skin discolouration.

    What would be the recommended treatment for removal as my freckles really age my face?
