I have degenerative arthritis in my subtalar joint and my surgeon wants to do a double fusion as the talonavicular joint is affected too. However, my pain is not overwhelming and if I have a quiet type of day there is very little pain.
Would I be better to look into an alternative like prolotherapy? I did have 2 try’s earlier in the year but no real results. Should I try again?
I know going in the sun is the answer, but does this mean with skin exposed, no sunscreen or just in the sun and how long is advisable? Also what time is the best in the day?
