Croaking sensation and sound coming from the base of the throat.

Any time I drink a beverage other then water I begin to have a bubbly sensation begin at the base of my throat followed by the sounds of a frog croaking. This tends to begin 40 to 60 minutes after having the beverage and stops after 3 to 4 hours. I have had this for about about 4 years and it is not acid reflux as I do not experience any sort of pain, do not struggle to eat or drink however I find it more irritating as the croaking is always heard by others around me.

With these symptoms and sensations, I want to know if someone would have an idea of what it could be?
