I’m a very thin Type 2 diabetic patient and my diabetes was pretty much inherited. My diet is good and I exercise regularly but every year I experience a period where I have no energy and I’m losing weight.
Am I taking my low carb diet too far? I can not afford to lose more weight and how can I get my energy level back to normal once I start to feel this way.
The glucose level is pretty well-controlled and my doctor is happy with my medication.
There is plenty of information available to overweight patients, however, there is little information for active skinny patients.
How does a thin person with Type 2 diabetes condition maintain a healthy weight and good energy level?
