    From all the studies I read, the best mode of delivery for vitamin B12 is by intramuscular injection. It is certainly better than any oral vitamin B12 medication out there. At the moment, B12 patches are not yet available on prescription, and therefore I cannot recommend them. If you have any further questions, see your doctor.
