I have been dealing with this issue since 2014 after an incident at work. I initially had bulging discs in C3/4 and 6/7 and had physiotherapy done for approximately 5 months then went back to work. I was fine for 8 months then the same discs became aggravated. I was off work for almost 2 years and have never felt 100%.
Then I had a car accident, the rear was hit. MRI showed protruding discs at C5/6 and 6/7. I started physiotherapy again. I've only had 2 sessions so far but don't want to wait for 2 years again.
What would you recommend to someone dealing with this issue for almost 4 years?
