What are the diagnostic criteria for a diagnosis of schizophrenia or schizo behaviour in a person who is profoundly intellectually impaired, has no speech, not toilet trained and little concentration? Can inaccurate diagnosis be made so certain drugs are given to alter behaviours which care staff request to ease their job despite the result being a diminishing of the effect of the person?
