Around mid-April, I had an erection in fairly tight jeans. I was fine when I was sitting down but as I stood up I felt a pop in my erection near the base of my penis and my erection immediately went down.
I didn't really think about it until 2 weeks ago.
Since then I have:
-trouble getting spontaneous erections,
-not had morning erections,
-weak erections and if I do, only last 1-2 minutes and are not very hard,
-needing a lot of stimulation to get an erection
- seen a lot more veins on my shaft
Could I have potentially damaged my suspensory ligament or damaged a nerve?
I also went to see a urologist today and he said I am fine and should leave it alone for another 4 weeks. I am also thinking of doing an MRI scan.
I am a healthy 23-year-old male that does not drink or smoke.
why do you need to see a physiotherapist if you suffer from both types of incontinence how can they help, and how do I overcome the embarrassment of seeing someone to help me.
