What can I do for a swollen lymph gland in the RHS back of my neck causing a tingling sensation from the base of my chin and behind my RHS ear?

My GP believes it relates to a tick bite I received some months ago on the RHS of my shoulder blade. The tingling sensation started some two months ago and two months after the tick bite. I respect her opinion, however, I'm wondering if I should be doing something else? I have had a lymphatic drainage massage. The lump/ swollen lymph in the base of my neck can be quite painful. Pain is irregular. -
