    Sugar health questionarre

    Related Topic
Hi, I am inquiring about the impacts sugar can have on the body. I am doing this as a part of a year 12 Health assessment, and it would be greatly appreciated if you could assist me by answering these few questions. If you have any other helpful references, let me know. Thank you. 1. Why can too much fruit be bad for us? 2. What adverse impacts from consuming too much sugar have on the body? 3. How much sugar should the average person be consuming daily, if at all? 4. Does the need for sugar vary with individuals who are more active than others? 5. What foods containing fructose are okay to consume in moderation? 6. What foods should I look to consume when making the transition from eating an average diet to completely removing sugar from my diet? What tips do you have for avoiding it? 7. I eat quite well and I generally include a lot of fruit in my diet. I also keep active and get an average amount of sleep. I have experienced some dizziness and headaches recently, and I am wondering if sugar could be a factor. Do you think this is the case? Why/Why not?
