Why am I still getting some acne breakouts on a vegan diet ?
This is roughly what I have daily: I eat a variety of raw fruits daily such as around 3 or more bananas , a persimmon, 2 golden kiwis, mangoes, mandarins etc.
I have a tablespoon of chia seeds, 3 cups of chamomile tea, a few more cups of water, quinoa or brown rice with lots of roasted veggies. 1 cup of sanitarium soy milk for vitamin D and calcium, Carman's superberry oat bar. Sometimes vegan bread and a veggie burger patty, 1 Swisse Mega B+ supplement
How can i get rid of the acne and what's causing the acne ?
