    This is not a question that can be answered without much more information. A good place to start would be by going to see your GP, who can assess whether you have depression or anxiety and whether this requires medical and psychogical treatment. S/he can then advise re what medication may be required, and refer you to a psychologist who can work with you on strategies for better managing anxiety. For general information you may also want to check out resources available on the Beyond Blue website such as 'Staying Well', which includes strategies for managing stress and anxiety.
