How long do side effects of fluvoximine last? (Luvox) Experiences?

I came off 400mg of Pristiq under supervision and started on Fluoximine. First week was started on 25, another 25mg added 2 days later. Was ok for one week and stopped working (crying and very depressed), increased to 75mg and was good for another week then had severe anxiety attacks. Increased to 100mg and for several days have been in bed nauseous, have to force myself to eat (and then not much) and wake each morning with anxiety attacks and severe nausea. Has anyone else gone through this?? It's been almost 4 weeks. I also had Seritonin Syndrome which is why I was taken off Pristiq (and the added Zoloft 50mg that caused the Seritonin Syndrome) after 3 days.. Does this get better? Why would it work and then not, then work after increase and stop, then all these anxiety attacks.. I'm in a world of pain ATM.. Any advice would be so appreciated. -
