Why am I experiencing overwhelming kidney pain and gut aches also in groin?

Mega pain and panic attacks, uncontrollable breathing and sudden painful bowel movements. Normal in colour but from hard to gastric within minutes. My kidney and liver function is not good according to recent blood tests but still my GP hasn't referred me to a specialist even after asked. -
