Can Thyroid Eye Disease be cured?

I am post full Thyroidectomy due to Hashimotos and carcinomas. I had symptoms of TED pre op and it has come back post op after 4wks. I am quite frustrated that none of my doctors have diagnosed the problem with my eyes, red veins, heavy eyelids, pulsating eyelids etc, even though I have made these symptoms known. Who should I see for this problem! An endocrinologist, ophthalmologist? -
