I want to lose around 40 kgs. Currently I am 81kg and want to get in the lower 40's range. I am 49. I do cross training 4x a week and walking 30 mins 3x a week. I only eat 2 times a day as I skip breakfast. My lunch and dinner consist of 2 mountain breads with Indian veggies or brown rice with Indian curry, all home made except for the mountain bread.
What can I do to lose weight? I only lost 7 kgs in the past 9 months and want to lose weight desperately as it is sending me in depression.
