What is causing my severe ear neck and mouth pain?

I have severe ear pain also in the front of my neck, behind my ears, the back of my head and in my mouth. I have had vestibular testing done and they found that I have damage to my inner ear and middle ear on the right side. ENT found nothing before this. Please help. -
