Where can I get keyhole hip surgery done - Sydney or Melbourne?

I would like to know who performs keyhole hip replacement surgery in Sydney or Melbourne, and how much it will cost for me when I do not have private health care cover, but want to have the surgery done in a private hospital. I am 75 years of age, with one hip gone, and back surgery is needed following recovery from the hip surgery. My back will be in jeopardy if I am on a long wait list for my hip, hence the need for the private hospital. Quick recovery time is important in my situation which is why I prefer the keyhole surgery. I am committed to doing whatever is necessary to facilitate a quick recovery.
