I have consistent pain, weakness in my left leg, with numbness. Where can i seek help?

I have a very weak inner thigh muscle which is not responding to physio or electrical therapy. I have constant pain and weakness. My whole leg often goes numb and have bad circulation as my toes are always cold. Both knee and back MRI are clear with my Xray only showing early onset arthritis. I have been told it MIGHT be fixed with 3-4 years of constant physio therapy. (which I am doing with little/no results) I have a young family (2yo) and cannot carry out normal home duties and must walk with the aid of a walking stick due to the constant weakness. The knee gives way often and keeps me awake at night with the aching pain. I am seeking any type of diagnosis or treatment.
