Will I ever be healed of Derealization/Depersonalization, developed after head injury?

    Related Topic
At the age of nine I was hit in the head and I lost consciousness After I woke up, I had a very severe Derealization/Depersonalization Symptoms and the day after, it went away, but I still get the Symptom from the age of 9 till 14.5 years. The symptoms are very mild, about 5%, but still, when outside the symptoms become about 10% worse. It didn't bother me in those years and I thought it was normal but today (at 16.7 years), I still have the Symptoms and they are about 70% worse for 2 years straight so. My question is - did the head injury caused Permanent damage to the brain, causing Derealization/Depersonalization 24/7? (Its more Derealization than DP) Will it heal someday?
