Why am I not losing any weight?
I eat healthy, with a few exceptions once a week. I have a protein shake for breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. I do 40 min of strength training 3 - 4 times a week and at least 20 minutes of cardio every day. I am not losing even 1 kilo.... what is going on? I have had my thyroid tested and I have been reading (I know, Dr Google is bad) about Candida as I had the wonderful experience of Thrush back in 2013 thanks to a 36 hour flight from Australia to England in the same knickers, whoops.... A couple of sympotms I experience; Dizziness, bloating, irregular bowel movements, "Down there" sometimes there is thicker than usual discharge with a darker than usual yellow colour, normal smell. But nothing to make me worry. I have also had a lot of trouble with Sinuses lately, but I usually put that down to the change in seasons or cigarette smoke from my father and workplace (I do not smoke)
