What can I do to manage an itchy anus?

I have had an itchy anus for the past 5 months. I went to my DOc and he looked and didn't see any thing. I do not have hemorrhoids ,or worms. I have tried every cream on the market, nothing helps. The only thing that help me is alcohol that I apply on a tissue paper and I get relief for 6 or 7 hours . Can any one please help? -
