    I have PCOS. What can I do to get pregnant?

    Hello, I am 27 year old. I have started pregnancy plasn from the May 2014 before may i had getting regular period with 35 to 40 days cycle snd got normal pain and blood force. But after may 2015, i had been getting brown/pink blood spots from vagina for 4 months rather than normal period . I conculted to doctor and i found PCOS with high insulin level.i started diabex according to doctor suggestion.now,i have been getting regular period with 35 to 40 days cycle for the last 4 months. But still not getting pregnant. I checked my ovolution every month after period by ovolution check stripe but some months it doesnt get positive result and some months it give.Do i ovolute regularly? I want to be pregnant.please suggest me what can i do?do i have to take fertility treatment?
