Could Weight loss be due to type 2 diabetes?

I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes 17 years ago. I take Janumet twice a day and Forxiga (started about 2 months ago) once every day for diabetes. I also take Ramipril 5mg, Bicore 2.5mg, Plavix 75mg and Crestor 20mg for my heart. I had a myocardial infarction in 1997 and my circumflex artery was blcoked causing 25-30% scarring of my heart. I have started losing weight recently and lost about 3 kgs in last 4 months. I got my bone scan and CT scan of chest, abdomen and pelvic areas on advice of my GP, all the results are normal. I had an episode of substantial rectal bleeding in February this year. I underwent a colonoscopy twice but the reason for bleeding was not found. I have had no bleeding since then. I am concerned about my weight loss. I currently weigh 64 Kg with height of 175 CM
