Hi, I have been in the dark place that you seem to be in at the moment, but not recently.

Are there trusted friends or family members who you can talk with about your feelings?

Apart from that Lifeline (13 11 14) is available 24/7 to support people who are having suicidal thoughts.

If your thoughts (“ I don't want to be here anymore.”) include making detailed plans for suicide then all that matters is that you are in a safe place.

That means please go to the A&E of your nearest hospital - there will be people there who can support you.

    With care and concern.
