    Hi there,

I'm assuming you're wanting to reduce the amount of added refined/table sugar in your diet?
I'd really like to know what has made you think about this - it's a wonderful thought and cutting down on refined sugar can be helpful for health if you're currently having too much.

For a quick answer, I'd suggest gradually cutting down on the amount.
Do you put sugar in your tea/coffee? If so, try half the usual amount to start off with.
Do you bake? Then try adding mashed bananas or prunes, grated pears and apples in place of the sugar.
Do you crave for something sweet during the day? Then try a couples of slices of apple/pear dipped in peanut butter. The fibre in fruits and the protein and heart-healthy fat in peanut butter will keep you full and satisfied more than eating a lollie. So it'll ultimately help you eat less.

    Hope that helps!

    With warmth,

    Fumi
