Who do I see for Odynophagia?

    Related Topic
My mother suffers from long term acid reflux and hiatus hernia. I am no medical expert but she has been suffering burning to one side of her throat and any type of food only seems to make the symptoms worse. She has also began to lose some weight but her recent blood test did not show up any thyroid issue. (She has been thyrotoxic in the past) so I think this may be because she cannot consume much food without it causing pain. I believe she may have Odynophagia and I am not sure what type of Doctor she needs to consult. Upper GI specialist? ENT?
Your assistance would be very much appreciated.
NB - My mother is 63 years of age.
