What can I do about my knee dislocation?

I have dislocated my knee 15 times in the past 4 weeks, it is my fibula that pops out, sometimes twice a day. It began after lifting a heavy weight with my leg at an angle, creating a loud cracking noise 3 times, then after a few minutes of excruciating pain I managed to relocate it. What are the likely options? Will I need surgery?

First step is go to a health professional for an accurate diagnosis.  I would suggest a physiotherapist rather than your GP at this stage.  If you require surgery your physiotherapist can send you to your GP for a referral and any appropriate tests.
