Q&A with Australian Health Practitioners
Why isn't the 'China diet' recommended?
The ‘China diet’ is basically a diet based on plant and low fat which has a track record of preventing and reversing many diseases (eg heart attacks, strokes, athersclerosis, diabetes, prostate cancer, etc)
Eminent scientists and physicians (i.e. Prof Colin T Campbell from Cornell Uni, Drs Caldwell Esselstyn, former cardiothoracic head at the Cleveland Clinic and Prof Dean Ornish from the Univ of California San Francisco) have provided large scale, longitudinal epidemiological and clinical evidence to support this diet.
