Treatments to help with eczema and psoriasis?

I am a 22 year-old female who developed eczema and psoriasis in Year 11.

Despite many treatments recommended by a dermatologist and my GP, I still suffer from both and I hope that someone can recommend a solution.

    So far I have tried:
    • Applying Elocon Hydrocortisone lotion and cream
    • Johnsons baby sorbolene lotion
    • Avene wash for body
    • Lucas pawpaw ointment
    • Medihoney eczema cream

None of these treatments have helped.

I have also been to see a dietician who recommended a FODMAP diet.

    Thank you for your assistance.

Many people with eczema have an ongoing struggle to find good management for their skin condition. However, the main thing to remember is not to give up and to keep trying different skin products plus for many a change of lifestyle is also required in order to achieve good management. For adults a stressful lifestyle can be detrimental for their skin condition.
