Why am I experiencing chronic pain spasms?

Can anyone tell me why I have chronic spasms in the right side of my back, around the shoulder blade area, and prickling sensations all of which inhibit my mobility.
It is very frightening as the spasms also are in the right side of my head.
I have chronic burning pain down the right side of my right leg and there is also pinching down the bottom of right side. -
