  • Q&A with Australian Health Practitioners

    Are these normal migraine symptoms?

I get a lot of migraines and have always had the initial blurry eyes and know to take tablets. Then later get the actual migraine if tables aren't taken quickly enough. Once he headache hits often have vomiting and have to sleep to heal. However the last 12-18 months I have been getting blurry eyes and a numb/pins & needles in my left arm, mouth and tongue.

I am now wondering if these are even symptoms of a migraine as I get these up to 4 times a week but have only had approx 1 actual migraine and vomited in the past 12 months. Then don't actually get the headache and it will eventually go.

I am on Yasmin contraceptive pill and have heard and read a lot lately through media about its side effects.

    Is this normal?
