    While restlessness, moodiness and difficulty concentrating are common characteristics of ADHD, there are any number of other explanations for these symptoms. So if they are negatively affecting your life it is a good idea to speak with your GP or a psychologist about them. If you remain concerned that you might have ADHD, then ask for a referral to someone who specialises in ADHD assessment to help put your mind at ease.
