  • Q&A with Australian Health Practitioners

Why am I in so much pain and how and who can help?

I have Polycystic ovary syndrome and endometriosis as well as continuing hemorrhagic cysts that seem to form and are quite painful, my cysts from pcos my uterus ect are all inflamed. I continually have fluid in my Douglas pouch the pressure on my stomach resembles drinking 5liters of water and not being able to urinate. I'm not sure what am I suppose to do in terms of treatment, I'm sent from one gynaecologist to the next all with no opinion or some. I'm not over weight by any means in fact in recent months I've lost more weight. I eat extremely healthy I exercise and do all the things I'm supposed to every gynaecologist seems to give up on me. I always bleed during intercourse so I gave up along time ago and also have HPV if that is of any relevance. My question is why is my reproductive system so wonky and can anyone offer advice and help, surgery medications I've tried it all please bring me some new hope, new advice!
