There are many products available that you can use on sensitive skin.
However it is trial and error which products suit best.
It is best to buy products from the hypoallergenic shelves at the Pharmacy - ask the pharmacist if they have samples available - that is the best way to find out if a product is suitable.
Always patch test a new product first - try a small sample on your skin and leave for 24 hours - if you have no reaction, then the product is suitable for you to use.

Restricting the answer to moisturisers my practice is to recommend the product that is the cheapest, is best tolerated by the patient, and gets the job done. I am firmly in the camp of 'boring is best' when it comes to skincare. Try to not pick products with added scents or which contain food because these can be irritating (and also don't help to keep your skin healthy, but do tend to cost more). When you are testing a new product I recommend trying a small amount on a sensitive area (like under your forearm) and then seeing how you go for a few days before putting it on a wider area. For all other inquiries please see a dermatologist!
