Is it true that Gluten free diet is the best diet for women with endometriosis?

    Hi,

I've had sever endometriosis and did laparoscopy 4 years ago to clear big cysts on my ovaries and since then I'm taking normal pregnancy pills without any breaks and I'm doing ultrasound every 4/6 months to monitor the reaming cysts. I'm 32 and want to stop taking pills to have my normal period and give my body a break to try for pregnancy next year (2014) (my left ovarian tube is closed (Drs told me after the laparoscopy)so my pregnancy chance is 50% already maybe less).

my questions: should I stop taking pills? and how can I make my body ready and healthier for potential pregnancy? Is it true that Gluten free diet is the best diet for women with endometriosis?

    Thank you.
