Sterilisation reversal may be possible to achieve, however, surgical aspiration and microinjection of sperm offer an alternative to vasectomy reversal and standard IVF treatment offers an alternative to female sterilisation reversal. Having said this, however I do not think you can obtain these services free of charge. It may be possible through the public hospital system but my guess is that you may have to wait a long time. Perhaps you can speak with your GP about your alternatives.
