    The normal sinus rhythm is the normal rhythm of a person’s heart. The sinus node is a piece of cardiac electrical tissue, located in the person’s right atrium and usually this is where all cardiac electrical activity originates from. When the sinus node is initiating cardiac activity it is called normal sinus rhythm.
